Even though some of the staff were quite busy, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was bright and normal double with smoke detectors for my safety. Having hairdryers, toiletries and shower caps was a bonus.

The room was neat with a bath and had central heating, flat-screen TV and coffee/tea makers. The staff was efficient, exceptional, and everything was very good. The location was stunning, relatively near a restored gothic revival church.

The staff was kind and approaching, the breakfast offered was marvellous with lots of food. The venue was set in the very central position near all bars and the National Park and the Main Street.

The location and staff were very good, I loved it. It took just 17 minutes by car to get to the airport.

Appreciated every detail about my pleasant 1 night stay here. The room I booked was cleaned and available with excellent views.

Thanks for making our stay nice. The hotel itself was highly professional and clean and the staff were amiable, it had unbeatable location right in front of the harbour. Tasty dishes were served at the outdoor restaurant.

The place was exceptionally clean, I booked the a twin room with views of city, everything was perfectly fine. Also, I appreciated how spectacular the location was. Plenty of food at the freshly prepared and tasty breakfast.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was really good. The breakfast offered plenty of tasty meals. The hotel had a central location and it was walking distance to Artist.

The room was airy, comfortable decor, plus the staff was accommodating. Exceptionally comfortable beds and multi-channel television, a sitting area and a writing desk. Thanks to an excellent service I had a really great stay.

That was what I call chilled-out base for long weekend. The hotel was situated in the central location near all the main bars.

The hotel is simple and has fine staff and drinks. Situated in a lovely area. Positioned 20 km from the airport.

We had an absolutely amazing stay overall, would recomand. Came in Killarney to relax and have fun, this lovely central hotel was excellent home base for doing it. Our room was elegant and fashionable, it was just what we needed.

I appreciated first class staff and location. The bedroom was large and the bed was very good. Reasonably priced Irish bar.

Location was secure, rooms where air conditioned and I loved useful stuff. Also, a 15th-century castle was 2 miles away. I found a bar in the foyer. Brilliant stay, as always.

Truly wonderful location, very comfy bed and, of course, really friendly staff. Liked the deluxe queen room, it was gorgeous the time we came in. Had the continental breakfast, found it to be superb. In general the service was friendly too.

Everything was fab, personnel was helpful. I liked my room, it was reasonably large and spotless with a bath. Had hot drinks in the main bar.

Only a short distance to Cronins Restaurant, where you can have lunch. You can ask for extra pillows too.

Super breakfast, welcoming workers. Some of popular places such as muckross house were not far from this venue: )
